About Us

We are the Fox River Road HOGS

OUR STORY

We are a group of motorcycle enthusiasts who have been riding together for more than a decade. In that time we have developed lifelong friendships and are an open and welcoming group, always looking for ways to grow our size and influence in the community.

We began as the Fox River Harley Owners Group, associated with Fox River Harley Davidson in St. Charles, Illinois. However, with its closing in late 2024, we lost the required dealer sponsorship necessary to have a HOG Group, so we created our own, The Fox River Road HOGS!

Please consider joining us for a meeting or a ride...the only requirement is that you love to ride and enjoy the company of others who are in continuous search of "Wind Therapy."

9/11 RIDE TO REMEMBER * please pre-register on the event website to save time Join us as we commemorate the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001, and honor the lives lost on that day. Sunday September 13, 2026 meet up at RT 47 & 72 Mobile station 8:00. we will ride as a group to Woodstock Harley.

9:30 KSU. We decided to do the river ride that got canceled due to rain 🌧. For the September 19th ride, figure 1 1/2 hours ride to Dixon, Illinois for lunch at Palmyra Pub and Eatery. Then we'll take the shorter way home.

Bob Shive has found some new roads to share with us. meet at St Charles Meijer parking lot 8am for a 8:30 KSU. This will be a full day but well worth it! The leaves may be starting to change color adding to the beauty of this route.
